How does diamond microdermabrasion work?
A microdermabrasion machine will be used, with a tool that has it’s head covered in diamonds. Dead skin cells will be exfoliated off the face and vacuumed up. This is a very safe form of treatment. It is extremely effective to remove dead skin and blackheads. After the treatment, a moisturiser will be needed to protect the skin. No downtime is needed and the patient can return to their daily activities. A series of treatments is usually recommended to see the best results. To achieve optimal results, 6 to 8 treatment might be needed. These can be scheduled about 2-4 weeks apart.

After Diamond Microdermabrasion
Your skin might feel tender and redness. This will heal within 24 hours after treatment. Be gentle with your skin after treatment and avoid putting on makeup right after treatment and allow your skin to heal naturally.
For 72 hours avoid harsh products, exfoliating creams & aggressive scrubbing as this may cause irritation ( AHA, BHA, Vitamin A & C type of products etc). Try to use only mineral based makeup for 48hrs after treatment.
Do not book laser or hair removal treatments on any part of your face for 7 days after treatment.
And always put sunscreen at least SPF 15
