LASH LIFT POST CARE & INFO
To prevent your lashes from dropping prematurely, following a lash lift for a minimum of 24-48 hours avoid:
- Heat
- Steam (including cooking over steaming stovetop)
- Saunas
- Swimming/bathing
- Oils/lotions/creams
- Soaps/shampoo
- Face wash
- Makeup remover wipes or pads on lashes
- All oil-based beauty products
- Your lash lift will grow out over a four to six-week period with your natural 30 lash growth cycle.
- If your lash lift is growing out weird, don't stress. It's normal for your lashes to sit in different directions towards the end of your lash cycle, which is how you know you're about ready for your next lash lift appointment!
Longevity results will vary of your eyelash lift and tint depending on your individual lash cycle and aftercare, but most clients see results last for 6 weeks.
Just as perming the hair on your head can lead to dryness and damage, eyelash lift/ perm could potentially damage your eyelash in the same way. Your chances are greater if you repeat the process too often, or sooner than 6 weeks.
Condition your eyelashes: Any treated hair needs to be conditioned regularly to maintain the results and good conditions. After 72 hours highly recommend to apply a mild nourishing essence, lash lift serum or castor oil 3-5 times a weeks to protect and moisturize your eyelashes after the lash lift procedure.
