Appointment Terms & Policies
- Prior to booking any appointment we ask that all clients carefully read all information. Once you have booked an appointment you have agreed to our terms & policies.
- Prior to booking an online appointment. If there any concern regarding the treatment you wish to book. Please don’t hesitate to contact us before you make an appointment.
- All appointments are reserved with a NON REFUNDABLE deposit.
- Your remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you have booked an appointment. You might received confirmation text message from Godaddy website operate system that is not our shop number. if you wish to contact us for reschedule/cancellation/lateness please call or text our shop number 0452553415 ONLY.
- If you wish to Reschedule/ Cancellation your appointment, you must contact us via text message/call our mobile number 0452 553 415 at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
- Deposit will be forfeited for Cancellation/ Reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.
- If the booking was made on the same day, please notify us if you wish to reschedule/cancellation at least 4 hours prior to the appointment or deposit will be forfeited.
- MASSAGE TREATMENT is provide by our PROFESSIONAL MALE THERAPIST. Please do not book an appointment if you are uncomfortable with male therapist
- We provide professional services. Any sexual remarks will result in immediate termination of your treatments which also will be non refundable
- We KINDLY ASK that you come in with no make up when book appointment for facial/brow/lash services
- To ensure we provide an excellent services to all customers. We kindly ask that you arrive on time. New customer please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill consultation form.
- Arrive later than 10 minutes to your appointment we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment. The regular service price will apply or deposit will be forfeited. Any client later than 15 minutes without notice will be considered a no show.
- Client who fail to contact or no show for appointments may be ask to pre-pay for future services.
- We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
